Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
Product shows no signs of wear, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, washing, or damage caused by customer use
Valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is provided
Vesh Attire reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these eligibility conditions.

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be shared.
3. Return Shipping
Vesh Attire covers return shipping/pickup charges for approved returns.
Customers must ensure the product is securely packed to avoid transit damage.
4. Refund Eligibility
Full refunds are available for eligible approved returns.
Refund approval is subject to successful inspection of the returned product.
Refunds may also be processed in cases including:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged or defective product
Eligible customer return request
Order cancellation (if not already shipped)
5. Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the original payment method, bank, or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund processing may require bank account or alternate payment details.
6. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns/refunds may not be accepted for:
Used products
Washed products
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
Products without original tags or packaging
Requests raised after 7 days from delivery
Customized/final sale products (if applicable)
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Delayed reporting may affect eligibility.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and standard return procedures will apply.
COD orders may be subject to confirmation before dispatch.
